Mahansar : Mahansar in Jhunjhunu is famous for the gold shop of the Poddars, which was built by Harchand Poddar. The murals here mainly depict the beautiful scenes of Lord Ram and Krishna’s leelas. This shop, which is essentially a building, is a center of attraction for tourists. Mahansar has several havelis of Seths, which are famous for their murals and haveli architecture. Another remarkable building in Mahansar is known as Tolaram Ji’s Room. People come from far and wide to see this two-story building. The beauty of this building is described in the folk songs of the Shekhawati region.
