About the Role:

Our client is seeking Associate Attorneys with 1–8 years of experience to join its Real Estate group. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in complex commercial real estate transactions and a strong desire to work on high-profile deals across a range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.

• Los Angeles
• New York
• San Francisco

What You’ll Do:

• Represent developers, investors, lenders, and owners in sophisticated real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and financing documents
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Work closely with partners and clients on complex structuring and negotiation matters
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams on large-scale development and investment projects

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 1–8 years of experience in real estate transactions at a law firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office applied for (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
