What You Will Be Doing :
-Represent clients in commercial real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
-Draft and negotiate key documents such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and financing contracts.
-Conduct due diligence, including title/survey reviews and entity document analysis.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-profile real estate deals.
What You Need :
-4–6 years of substantive real estate equity experience at a top-tier Am Law 200 firm.
-Strong academic credentials (GPA 3.5+ preferred, top-of-class rankings a plus).
-Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-NY Bar admission required.
