We are currently hiring Customer Service Associates who are motivated, outgoing, and eager to build a long-term career. This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers during marketing campaigns and promotional events

• Represent client brands professionally at retail promotions, community events, and live marketing activations

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of on-site events and promotional displays

• Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide product or service information

• Work as part of a collaborative team to achieve campaign goals and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• No experience required – paid training is provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be reliable and comfortable interacting with people in a public setting
