Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team. This salaried role is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across the facility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general maintenance and is comfortable working in a Fast-Paced and demanding environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of the facility, mechanical systems, lighting, HVAC, and safety equipment.
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and maintained according to safety standards.
• Manage and track maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls when necessary.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and contracted services.
• Assist with setting up and breakdown for classes, events, or special activities.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA
• Monitor and assist with hazardous material handling, including lead and chemical containment and disposal.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a clean, hazard-free environment.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Valid and Active Driver’s License

Preferred :

• Experience working with Zero Turn – Skid Steer
• Experience welding
• Capable of weed eating/ standing and mowing for long periods of time
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, OSHA, or similar
• Knowledge of firearms safety and range operations
