🔧 Now Hiring: HVAC Technician – Choctaw Landing

💵 $27.62/hr | Full-Time

🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

🌬️ Position Overview:

As an HVAC Technician , you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, inspecting, and repairing a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our facilities. This role is essential in keeping our environments safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. You’ll report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

🔩 Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems including low-pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, and ventilation units
• Replace belts, motors, fans, compressors, gaskets, filters, and lubricate parts as needed
• Install and adjust switches, thermostats, valves, gauges, and pressure regulators
• Estimate repair and equipment replacement costs
• Operate specialized HVAC tools and machinery
• Maintain both mechanical function and cosmetic appearance across facilities
• Inspect lighting systems throughout the property and address any issues
• Stay current on all relevant codes, rules, and safety procedures
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

✅ Requirements:

• 🧾 EPA Universal License & HVAC Certification
• 🔌 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and AC maintenance
• 👷 Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (includes vocational education, apprenticeships, or on-the-job training)
