Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment for smooth service. Maintain consistent taste and presentation of dishes. Collaborate with the team to ensure coordination during busy times. Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and basic food safety / sanitation regulations. Strong knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely. Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude. Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with coworkers. Must have reliable transportation. Required food certification.
