About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its seminary with a deep commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ and the values of the Episcopal Church. Advanced theological education or significant experience in theological education is essential, as is an understanding and appreciation for hybrid and remote learning models. The role demands a leader with successful fundraising and relationship-building skills, who can engage donors and stakeholders to support the institution's growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic presence in the Church, focusing on inclusivity, innovation, and sustainable growth, and will be dedicated to preparing compassionate, well-equipped leaders for the church and the world.
