What We Need: We're seeking a skilled Master Control Production Assistant. If you love radio and are available to consistently join us on weekends, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do: - Assist in the creation of radio advertising and station promotions by providing administrative project or process support to department managers or staff
- Execute general department administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, sorting mail, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings, etc.
- Prepare and report on research and data analysis projects
- May research stories and book guests
- May edit audio segments
- May be required to coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties
What You'll Need: - Multiple years experience in radio production, broadcast and/or communications
- Journalism background a plus
- Exposure to an operational role across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, social networking platforms and basic audio production tools
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent grammar
- Strong editorial skills, including use of radio automation systems; ability to edit audio for clarity and time
- Strong time management skills, adept at setting priorities
- Serious attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Effective collaborator
- Four-year college degree, preferably in Radio or Media Production or related field, or equivalent work experience

- Ability to work within prescribed guidelines without needing close supervision
- Problem solving skills within established procedures
- Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems
