ABOUT THE ROLE

The Real Estate Marketing Manager will develop, implement and lead marketing strategies for the Mann Group’s diverse portfolio, including real estate developments, project and construction management, Aventus Capital a mortgage investment corporation (MIC), and LifeTec Construction Group which specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of 3D printed steel framing. This role involves building brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, with strong analytical and project management skills, and has a passion for both real estate and corporate marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General:

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies from planning to execution across all entities. This will vary from developing real estate strategies (such as rental lease ups plans, multi-family sales), to promoting projects and services (such as LifeTec Construction Group’s unique capabilities in steel framing design, production, and installation), across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing and sales KPIs, and working closely with Sales to achieve targets.
  • Manage technical professionals and creative partners (agencies, media, photographers, influencers), bringing together different disciplines to create highly engaging campaigns, and ensure marketing deliverables are on time, within budget.
  • Plan and coordinate events including presentation center launches, media, realtor, promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Lead the research, development, and implementation of new and existing campaigns (leasing, new developments, corporate) including: managing the social media marketing, resident engagement, advertisements, sales tools, print collateral such as technical brochures, case studies, and digital content including email newsletters, social media.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including technical brochures, case studies, and digital content.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, including agencies and media outlets.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity and awareness, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect their innovative approaches.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting marketing successes and areas for improvement.

Real Estate Marketing Management:

  • Launch new rental projects and set up leasing functions.
  • Actively manage all aspects of day to day leasing operations including scheduling, prospect interaction, leasing workflow and application processes, suite and model preparedness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to develop lease up strategies and achieve sales targets.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced Marketing Manager, minimum of 5+ years experience working in a marketing manager or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market, digital marketing expertise and sales/leasing expertise required.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic plans, creating and delivering successful projects.
  • Collaborative, creative, flexible, and innovative team player who has a strong work ethic; enjoys learning, advancing their skills and delivering their personal best.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, can manage and lead multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven individual, with the ability to interpret and make data-backed decisions.
  • Advanced technical skills using MS Suite, Adobe and other sales/marketing platforms.
