We are primarily a residential real estate investment firm that purchases homes from motivated/distressed homeowners. This sector of real estate is expected to grow during the recession. We market heavily in the San Diego and San Jose areas. We also have a great back-office CRM system that allows you to work from home most of the time. Our brokerage division, Santana Realty, operates in the San Diego and San Francisco Bay areas.
