What You Will Be Doing

Your mission is to drive educational transformation through strategic district partnerships:

  • Architect and nurture a robust $10M+ pipeline by identifying districts primed for innovation and ready to revolutionize student learning
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles that culminate in six and seven-figure partnerships, leveraging your deep understanding of district procurement
  • Connect with key decision-makers through strategic discovery sessions, translating district challenges into measurable solutions
  • Design and execute territory-specific strategies that capitalize on your established relationships in the K-12 ecosystem
  • Own the entire sales journey from initial prospect identification to successful partnership launch

Regional Sales Director Key Responsibilities

Champion educational transformation by securing and nurturing multi-year district partnerships that leverage our AI-powered learning platform to revolutionize student achievement across diverse learning environments.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3+ years orchestrating complex K-12 sales cycles with $100K+ deal values
  • Established network of decision-maker relationships within Texas or California school districts
  • Expert navigation of public education procurement processes and RFP/RFI requirements
  • Demonstrated success maintaining and converting a $10M+ pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Excellence in autonomous territory management and full-cycle sales execution
  • Mastery of modern CRM platforms and sales technology
  • Geographic requirement: Must be based in or within 2-hour radius of Texas or California
  • Willingness to engage in extensive regional travel (up to 80%)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week ), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour , which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
