REMOTE HIGH CALIBER FREIGHT BROKER
FREIGHT BROKER - WANTED: HUNGRY, HIGH-CALIBER BROKERS (1099 or W-2) Remote | Flexible Pay Structures | High Earnings Potential

Positions Available:
1099 Independent Freight Agents - Keep a large cut of what you earn. Work when and how you want. Build your empire.
W-2 Freight Brokers - Generous base salaries + aggressive commission structures. Healthcare and full benefits available.
Compensation Highlights: Up to 70% commission (1099) depending on volume and experience
Base salaries starting at $60K-$135K with tiered commission plans
Uncapped earnings - we want you to grow, and we won't limit your success
Bonuses for high-volume lanes, strategic customers, and specialized markets

Who We're Looking For:
Experienced freight brokers/agents (3+ years preferred) You know how to close freight deals, build relationships, and thrive under pressure
Bonus points if you specialize in high-margin lanes (reefer, flatbed, oversized, etc.)
W-2 vs. 1099? You Choose.
