Prepare and install upholstery materials, including wood, foam and material. Essential job functions include layout and cutting materials, operating cutting machine, staging materials per work order, using oven to prepare vinyl, stapling vinyl to pad, assembling pieces, attaching backing, punching holes, batching finished pads, boxing pads, making labels using computer and label maker, checking work for quality, and operating vinyl picker and pallet jack. Non-essential duties as assigned. Requirements include ability to operate staple gun, heat gun, vinyl cutter, hand tools, and computer for label maker. Physical requirements include lifting up to 5 lbs frequently, 20 lbs occasionally, and 40 lbs rarely, walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and grasping tools.
