Job Description

We're looking for an Analyst to support our premier client's EIP Third-Party Information Risk Management Team!

**This role is onsite in West Des Moines, Iowa and is a 6 month contract**

About the Role

In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our Third-Party Information Risk Management team. You'll provide critical administrative support, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholder and vendor questions related to our OneTrust Platform, questionnaires, document requests, and assessments. You'll have the opportunity to work in both Agile and Waterfall environments, contributing to the creation of high-level requirements and actively participating in various sprint ceremonies.

What You'll Do

• Create high-level requirements, including epics, features, user stories, and process flows.
• Actively participate in grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with delivery teams, clarifying questions as needed.
• Ensure project requirements and documentation are consumable and contribute to business process mapping.
• Submit and manage OneTrust platform support tasks, collaborating with OneTrust contacts to document, troubleshoot, and resolve minor system issues.
• Monitor incoming correspondence and provide timely responses to vendor or internal stakeholder questions.
• Request and review security control documentation, such as SOC reports, certifications, and vendor policies, in accordance with internal standards for control monitoring.
• Work with team members and internal stakeholders to review vendor responses to risk questionnaires and solution inquiries.
• Communicate consistently with team members and leadership regarding any problems or delays.
• Maintain keen attention to detail, work effectively with internal customers, and ensure adequate documentation of all correspondence.

Desired Experience

• 1-3 years of experience creating high-level requirements and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication (oral and written), and technical documentation skills.
• Background in both Agile and Waterfall environments is required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in technology support, system administration, or customer service is required.
• Some experience interacting with third-party vendors (e.g., procurement, vendor management, or third-party risk management) is preferred.
• Some experience with or knowledge of security control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 is preferred.
